When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 15.
Are kids welcome?
We understand some of you may be traveling with children, so please know they are welcome to join the welcome party on Friday, November 6.
We love your little ones, however our wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday, November 7 will be adults only.
Babysitting services are available through the hotel concierge or via the recommendations below.
The W Punta de Mita and Los Veneros condos are both family friendly accommodation options.
Will the events be outdoors?
Yes, all events will take place outdoors. Our welcome party will be on the beach, and the wedding ceremony and reception will be held on a grass lawn.
What is the dress code?
We’d love for everyone to feel comfortable, look polished, and enjoy themselves throughout the weekend. All events will be outdoors, so please keep that in mind. Lightweight fabrics are recommended to stay comfortable in the warm weather.
Welcome Party – Friday, November 6
Beach Cocktail / Resort Casual
Women: Dresses or elevated resort wear
Men: Short sleeve button-downs or polos, with shorts or lightweight pants
Sandals or flats are recommended, as the event will take place on the sand
Wedding – Saturday, November 7
Formal / Cocktail Attire
Women: Floor-length or midi cocktail dresses. Bright colors are encouraged
Men: Suit and tie, or a dress shirt with a blazer and dress pants (tie optional)
The event will take place on a grass lawn, so please keep that in mind when selecting footwear
Is transportation provided to the wedding?
Yes, transportation will be provided from the W Punta de Mita to Martoca Beach Garden for the wedding on Saturday. The shuttle will depart at 4:30 PM. Return transportation will be provided at the end of the evening.
Is there parking at the wedding venue?
There is no parking available at the wedding venue. If you are not taking the provided transportation from the W Punta de Mita, we recommend taking a taxi or Uber.
